Ring Groups

A Ring Group refers to a method for distributing phone calls to a group of several extensions and/or external numbers. Calls can be distributed to several extensions simultaneously or in a predefined order at delayed intervals. The inbound caller hears ringing while calls are being routed to extensions with this method.

Please Note: If you need more complex routing, such as hold music during routing, round robin, skill level or a tier based routing order, a Call Queue provides much more advanced routing options vs a Ring Group.
